Guarantees
According to Article 7(3) of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", the warranty period for seasonal goods, such as footwear, is calculated from the beginning of the relevant season, which is set by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Annex No. 1 to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994 sets forth a list of seasonal goods for which the warranty periods are calculated from the beginning of the respective season, for example, footwear:
- winter assortment - from November 15 to March 15;
- spring and autumn assortment - from March 15 to May 15 and from September 15 to November 15;
- summer assortment - from May 15 to September 15.
- In case of violation by the buyer of the procedure for the use of footwear, care, storage and in the presence of mechanical damage (burns, cuts, tears, punctures);
- In case of violation of the use of footwear in violation of seasonality (for example, demi boots may not be suitable for use during frost and snow)
- In case of deformation of footwear due to improper wearing, drying, as well as exposure to chemicals and other substances;
- For parts that require minor repairs: laces, insole, accessories, padding (as they are replaceable).
The manufacturer reserves the right to conduct an examination within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return of the defective shoe.
Please be advised that discoloration of genuine leather when it gets wet is not considered a manufacturing defect.
If you decide to purchase shoes with dark lining (black, burgundy, red, etc.), be prepared for the fact that the lining may be stained by moisture and sweat.
Provisions regarding warranty/non-warranty cases:
According to the "Recommendations for determining the nature of the footwear defect and the conditions of its operation" approved by the Decree of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine, Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine dated 17.10.2002 №291/457
Item No. 1 - List of defects that can be eliminated by repair
1. Detachment or damage to the decorative welt of the sole
2. Rupture of the seams
3. Detachment of decorative elements, damage to accessories, zippers or runners, metal eyelets, stoppers in the laces
4. Fracture, detachment of soles or heels
5. Wear or defects in the lining and insole
Clause #2 - List of defects that do not give the customer the right to make claims to the seller, as these defects arose as a result of violation of the rules of care and operation
1. Mechanical damage (cuts, chips, scratches, punctures)
2. Deformation due to improper wearing, drying, as well as exposure to chemicals and other substances
3. Shedding of colored leather substrates if natural dyes are used in them
4. Repairs (the warranty does not apply to shoes that have been repaired by yourself without the consent of the manufacturer)
